Signarama Lansing is a full‑service sign shop specializing in the design, production, and installation of interior and exterior signage. As an independently owned franchise backed by the world’s largest sign company, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer service, high‑quality products, and professional experience from start to finish.
We are seeking an energetic, reliable, and detail‑oriented Customer Service & Production Coordinator to join our team. This is an in‑shop position (not remote) and plays a critical role in keeping daily operations running smoothly, including customer intake, order entry, design support, and production assistance.
Job duties and responsibilities:
- Greet walk-in customers and telephone inquiries to determine signs' needs, provide recommendations and estimates to assist with the order process.
- Answer all incoming calls professionally and take accurate notes.
- Gather customer requirements, measurements, and project details.
- Provide basic estimates and timelines based on established pricing and production standards.
- Enter new orders into the Signarama POS/CRM system with complete and accurate details.
- Upload artwork, notes, measurements, and customer files.
- Update job statuses and communicate changes to customers.
- Keep the shop clean, organized, and professional at all times.
- Monitor supplies and notify management when materials need replenishing.
- Communicating with customers through the system
- Operate digital printing equipment, laminators, and digital cutter according to specifications and in accordance with company instructions and procedures.
- Complete projects in a timely manner and follow up with customers as needed.
- Mask, weed and apply vinyl substrates.
- Operates a vertical panel saw using standard safety procedures.

Requirements:
- Age 18+Valid Driver’s License.
- Can climb and work on ladders and/or from heights.
- Can lift up to 50 lbs.
- Can effectively use a variety of power and hand tools
- Experienced in vinyl application a plus.
This position includes hourly pay (depending on experience), paid time off, and opportunities for advancement.
