This person is a member of the home health care team who assists the client with the tasks of daily living as outlined in a written care plan and receives scheduling direction from agency staffing coordinator. Tasks of daily living include, but not limited to, light housekeeping, meal plan/preparation, bathing/dressing, laundry, running errands, dusting, vacuuming and cleaning the kitchen.
