Location: Kenosha, WI
We’re partnered with a growing manufacturing team in the Kenosha area looking to add a CNC Operator.
This is a direct hire opportunity with a company that values consistency, clean processes, and taking care of their people.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Set up and operate CNC mills or lathes based on your experience
- Read and interpret blueprints and part drawings
- Perform basic edits/adjustments to keep parts within tolerance
- Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and gauges
- Troubleshoot minor issues and keep machines running efficiently
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
What They’re Looking For:
- Experience running CNC mills and/or lathes
- Ability to read blueprints and measurements
- Comfortable using inspection tools (calipers, mics, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Reliable, team-oriented, and ready to work
