BrightStar Care is looking for compassionate, reliable, and skilled Home Health Aides, CNAs, LPNs, RNs, and Med Techs to join our growing team. We provide high-quality in-home care to clients across Whatcom, Skagit, and Island Counties, helping them stay safe, independent, and comfortable in their homes.

Available Positions
- Home Health Aides (HHAs)
- Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
- Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs)
- Registered Nurses (RNs)
- Medication Technicians (Med Techs)
Full-time, part-time, and per diem shifts available.
What You’ll Do
Caregivers / CNAs / HHAs:
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Help with bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
- Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
- Monitor and report on changes in client condition
LPNs / RNs:
- Perform skilled nursing care in the home
- Administer medications and treatments
- Monitor patient health and create care plans
- Collaborate with physicians and care teams
- Provide education and support to clients and families
- Perform In-Home Infusions
Med Techs:
- Administer medications as directed
- Maintain accurate medication records
- Observe and report client changes
- Support overall caregiving team

Qualifications
- Active Washington State certification/license (CNA, HCA, LPN, RN as applicable)
- Current CPR/BLS (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (preferred)
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Compassionate, dependable, and strong communication skills
