Paraprofessional – School-Based | Sierra Vista, AZ | 2026–2027 School Year
CareStaff Partners is seeking a dedicated Paraprofessional to join a supportive school district in Sierra Vista, Arizona for the 2026–2027 school year. This is a full-time contract opportunity for someone who is passionate about helping students succeed in the classroom.
Position Details:
Position: Paraprofessional
Location: Sierra Vista, AZ
Additional School Assignment: Town and Country Elementary School
Start Date: August 10, 2026
End Date: May 28, 2027
Schedule: 37.5 hours per week
Pay: $17–$22 per hour (based on experience)
Responsibilities:
Assist teachers with classroom instruction and daily activities.
Provide one-on-one and small group support to students.
Help implement educational and behavioral plans.
Foster a positive, safe, and engaging learning environment.
Support students with academic, social, and functional skills.
Requirements:
Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card required.
Must meet all school district compliance requirements.
Previous school or childcare experience is preferred but not required.
Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
