Position Summary:
Registered Nurse (RN) – Rehabilitation with experience providing comprehensive nursing care to patients recovering from strokes, spinal cord injuries, orthopedic surgeries, neurological disorders, traumatic injuries, and other debilitating conditions. Skilled in patient assessment, medication administration, pain management, wound care, mobility assistance, rehabilitation planning, and patient/family education.
Job Duties:
- Assessed patients' physical, functional, and psychosocial status and monitored progress throughout the rehabilitation process.
- Developed and implemented individualized nursing care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary rehabilitation team.
- Administered medications, IV therapies, and treatments according to physician orders and facility protocols.
Note: In patient rehab work exp is required. If they have LTAC work Exp. we would be interested in reviewing these candidates
Requirements:
- Experience: 1 year
- BLS (AHA)
- WA or compact RN License
