Expanco, Inc., dba AMPLIFY, is a non-profit organization established in 1980 in Fort Worth, TX. Our mission is to provide opportunities and support for individuals with disabilities, helping them to enhance their quality of life, earning potential, and social skills. To facilitate our operations, we have a competitive packaging and assembly plant, along with warehouse and office space located in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
AMPLIFY is currently seeking a Direct Care Supervisor to monitor and track the productivity of our clients (adults with disabilities) in their assigned workplaces. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing multiple materials, be detail-oriented, and possess strong people management skills. We are looking for someone who is reliable, driven, and works well in a team environment. Additionally, the ability to operate a forklift is a plus.
