Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of all designated areas, including floors, bathrooms, kitchens, and common spaces, ensuring high standards of sanitation and hygiene.
- Use appropriate cleaning tools and products to maintain cleanliness while adhering to safety guidelines.
- Conduct carpet cleaning, floor care, laundry services, and sanitation tasks as required for different environments.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to client requests and addressing any specific cleaning needs or concerns.
- Manage custodial duties such as waste disposal, replenishing supplies, and maintaining cleaning equipment in good working order.
- Follow established protocols for health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
- Assist with housekeeping management tasks in hospitality settings, including room turnover and guest request fulfillment.
Requirements
- Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial roles; hotel or residential cleaning experience is highly valued.
- Knowledge of various cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, sanitation procedures, and laundry services.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing for long periods, bending, lifting heavy objects, and operating cleaning machinery safely.
- Familiarity with commercial cleaning products and equipment; certification in housekeeper management or hotel housekeeping is a plus.
- Attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards across different environments.

Pay: $22.10 - $26.62 per hour
