Job Title: Division Manager
Department: Route Divisions
Reports To: National Division Manager
Summary
The Division Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, growth, and performance of an assigned company division. This role leads staff, drives sales and service excellence, ensures customer satisfaction, and supports company goals through effective leadership, communication, and operational management.

Leadership & Staff Development
- Act in alignment with company mission, values, policies, and procedures.
- Interview, hire, train, and develop division staff.
- Work with HR to complete required paperwork for new hires, vacations, performance issues, and disciplinary actions.
- Conduct staff meetings and training sessions to support ongoing development.
- Ride along with staff to teach service techniques, sales strategies, and customer‑relationship best practices.
- Oversees quality control initiatives to ensure operational consistency, regulatory compliance, and adherence to organizational standards.
- Maintain harmony among staff and assist in resolving employee concerns or grievances.
- Set performance goals for the division and individual team members.
Sales & Growth
- Actively participate in growing the division through sales of services and products to existing customers and new prospects.
- Coach staff on sales techniques and customer engagement.
- Review weekly and monthly reports with staff to evaluate progress toward division and corporate goals.
Customer Service & Relationship Management
- Meet with customers regularly to maintain relationships, evaluate service quality, and address concerns.
- Resolve customer complaints, service issues, and past‑due account matters.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Operational Management
- Assist in organizing and structuring routes for maximum efficiency and productivity.
- Order inventory and maintain division facilities.
- Support other departments by providing division‑related materials and information.
- May assist in training new franchise operators or franchise employees.
Qualifications

- Must maintain a good driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to step up and down from route kits (12") and use ladders of various sizes.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Pay
Salary starts at $40,000, but can increase based on experience.
