IHOP - Immediate Restaurant General Manager

Responsibilities include:

Execute guest service and human resource objectives according to IHOP Standard Operating Procedures

Develop and maintain professional relationships with employees and franchisee organization

Manage restaurant floor, ensuring regular guest contact

Handle guest complaints professionally and promptly
-
Ensure compliance with SOP in areas like recruitment, training, operations, food safety, and security practices
-
Supervise recruitment, training, workflow, performance appraisals, and conflict resolution
-
Complete required reports and paperwork accurately and on time
-
Maintain personnel files with necessary documents
-
Available to work days, nights, and weekends
Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
-
Ability to speak, read, and write in English

Basic computer skills (Email, MS Excel, MS Word is a plus)
