Community Management Specialists is seeking a warm, organized, and dependable Receptionist and Administrative Assistant to support our leadership team and community managers.
As the first point of contact for homeowners, board members, vendors, and visitors, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming and positive experience. This is an in-person position for someone who enjoys helping others, supporting a busy team, and managing multiple priorities with professionalism and care.
Key responsibilities:
- Greet clients, homeowners, board members, vendors, and visitors warmly and professionally
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls
- Provide exceptional customer service by phone, email, and in person
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the leadership team and community managers
- Assist with scheduling, correspondence, document preparation, data entry, filing, and special projects
- Enter and update information in property management software
- Track requests and ensure messages and action items reach the appropriate team member
- Assist managers with community communications, meeting preparation, and follow-up tasks
- Receive and distribute mail, deliveries, invoices, and other documents
- Maintain an organized and welcoming reception area
- Manage multiple priorities while remaining calm, friendly, and professional

- A positive, proactive, and team-oriented attitude
- Administrative, reception, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred

Pay: $55,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
