A growing commercial General Contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join its Louisville team and help lead the successful delivery of complex, ground-up commercial projects.

What You'll Do
- Lead projects from preconstruction through closeout.
- Manage budgets, schedules, contracts, change orders, and project financials.
- Coordinate with owners, architects, consultants, subcontractors, and field teams.
- Drive project execution while maintaining quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
- Mentor Project Engineers and Assistant Project Managers as the team continues to grow.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience with a General Contractor.
- Experience leading ground-up commercial projects.
- Strong financial management, scheduling, and contract administration skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
