Overview
The Licensed Psychologist role will support our behavioral health practice. Baker Street Behavioral Health is committed to working with and providing the highest quality care to individuals in need of psychological services. Clinicians will work as part of our practice, servicing patients, couples, and families who are in need of psychological care.
This position is remote, requiring a PsyD license held in a PSYPACT state.
You will:
- Deliver effective therapeutic services and be knowledgeable of current techniques
- Accurately evaluates and efficiently identifies strengths and needs
- Effectively communicates information in verbal and written forms
- Observes and assess patient's progress and prepare detailed reports in a timely manner
- Completes written work relevant to evaluation, therapy, and patient coordination in a timely manner
- Maintains a cooperative relationship among healthcare teams & contributes to team effort
You have:
- PsyD license and living in a PSYPACT state
- PSYPACT approval or PSYPACT-eligible
- Have current malpractice coverage
- Able to treat a range of ages, abilities, and disorders that present in childhood & adolescence, and adulthood
- Have strong clinical and interpersonal skills
- Must be reliable, punctual, and professional
- Able to independently implement programming
- Self-motivated with a willingness to exceed patient expectations
- Experience treating families and couples a plus
- Knowledge of & experience treating substance abuse issues a plus
- Bilingual a plus
