Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Detail Shop Supervisor to lead our shop operations with enthusiasm and precision. In this role, you will oversee daily shop activities, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, organization, and safety across all areas. You will also be involved in tasks including details, ceramic installs and ppf installs. Your leadership will motivate a small team of detailing professionals, manage workflow, and uphold quality standards to create a pristine environment that exceeds expectations. Duties
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of team, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to quality standards
- Train team members on proper cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and customer service expectations
- Monitor cleanliness levels across all areas, conducting inspections to maintain high standards of service.
- Manage supplies inventory, order necessary products and equipment, and ensure proper usage and storage
- Implement safety procedures and enforce compliance with health regulations to create a safe working environment
- Address customer or client concerns promptly, providing exceptional service and resolving issues effectively
- Lead by example in maintaining a positive attitude, fostering teamwork, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement
Experience
- Proven supervising experience in a detail shop or mobile detail environment
- Strong management skills with the ability to lead and motivate diverse teams
- Extensive detailing background, including paint correction processes and techniques.
- Demonstrated leadership in managing cleaning schedules, inventory control, and safety compliance
- Experience with detailing and biffing/polishing equipment
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to train staff effectively and handle customer interactions professionally
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
