Hours: Monday–Friday | 3:15 PM – 1:15 AM
Pay: $25–$35 per hour

Own safe, consistent operation of CNC milling machines to produce high‑quality parts

Turn blueprints, travelers, and technical instructions into precise setups and runs

Handle material loading/unloading with accuracy and efficiency
-
Execute basic setups; communicate tooling requirements clearly

Measure, inspect, and log production/quality data to meet customer standards

Keep your area spotless and documentation complete

Work shoulder‑to‑shoulder with teammates to drive continuous improvement

5+ years in CNC mill operation and setup
-
High school diploma or GED
-
Strong grasp of machine functions, tolerances, and GD&T
-
Mechanical aptitude and solid math ability
-
Comfortable using Microsoft Excel for tracking and reporting

Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem‑solving skills
-
Detail‑driven, reliable, and improvement‑minded
-
Hands‑on strength in equipment troubleshooting, CNC tooling, and CNC programming
-
Standing for long periods
-
Lifting up to 50 lbs

Work around occasional fumes, odors, and dust
