Locksmith
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated, reliable individual eager to expand knowledge in a hands-on technical role. This position combines locksmith work, access control system installation, customer service, and scheduling/operations support. While prior locksmith experience is preferred - training will be provided for the right candidate with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities

Learn and perform locksmith services (lock installation, repair, rekeying, and troubleshooting)

Assist with installation and maintenance of electronic access control systems

Use and learn software for scheduling, job tracking, and customer management

Coordinate appointments, manage calendars, and ensure efficient scheduling

Provide excellent customer service in person, over the phone, and via email
-
Diagnose and resolve basic technical and mechanical issues
-
Maintain tools, equipment, and inventory
-
Follow safety procedures and company protocols
Qualifications
-
Strong willingness to learn technical and mechanical skills
-
Good communication and customer service abilities
-
Basic computer skills; comfort learning new software

Organized and dependable with good time management
-
Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail

Valid driver’s license, P.E.R.C.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred

Experience in locksmithing, security systems, or low-voltage installation
-
Familiarity with scheduling or CRM software
-
Basic electrical or mechanical knowledge
