Seeking a goal oriented and knowledgeable Registered Nurse to take lead in the process of Medicare credential process. Must have immense leadership and able to be independent.
Provide skilled nursing care to patients for stabilization and transport within the hospital setting and outside the hospital setting.
- Maintain an accurate nursing assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention and evaluation for my patients.
- Creat correct documentation and review and evaluation of provider's orders and notes.
- Administer medication via different routes and skills per provider's requests.
- Stabilize and monitor patients in home care environment.
- Educate patients and families regarding diseases and the treatment procedure.
- Work closely with providers and other staff members, professional and non-professional and also ancillary staff within the hospital.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $85.00 per hour
Expected hours: 2 – 4 per week
