Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and dedicated CrossFit Gym Manager and with the possibility of coaching HYROX and maybe CrossFit classes as well as personal training.
This role combines hands-on coaching with operational leadership, ensuring members receive exceptional training experiences while the gym runs smoothly and efficiently. As a pivotal part of our team, you will inspire members to achieve their fitness goals through innovative program design, expert instruction, and a motivating environment. Your passion for health, fitness, and community building will drive the success of our gym and its members.
Possible Responsibilities
- Lead engaging CrossFit classes and HYROX sessions.
- Manage daily gym operations including member check-ins, member retention, gym maintenance, and cleanliness standards.
- Foster a welcoming atmosphere that encourages community participation and member retention through excellent customer service and fitness sales efforts.
- Oversee the office staff. Incorporate new idea and overseeing the growth of the gym.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in CrossFit coaching or personal training with certifications in CrossFit or related disciplines.
- Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, body mechanics, and program design tailored to diverse populations.
- Skills in coaching
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate individuals and groups effectively.
- Previous experience managing a gym or health club environment is preferred.
- Passion for health and fitness with a commitment to continuous learning and professional growth. I am looking for someone who loves fitness and wants to help run a gym.
Pay: $25.00 - $50.00 per hour
