Skills & Experience Required

Prior restaurant management or leadership experience with proven guest service excellence

Strong team building, coaching, and communication skills

Ability to motivate a diverse team in a fast-paced environment

Detail-oriented with strong time and priority management

Proficient with POS systems and typical computer software

Experience with inventory, scheduling, labor management understanding preferred
Physical Requirements

Availability to work varied shifts including days, nights, and weekends

Ability to stand or walk for up to 10 hours per shift

Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds during work hours

Comfortable with bending, stooping, and occasional ladder use
