Meyer Gage Company is seeking a motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and shipping customer orders while helping maintain an organized, efficient warehouse. The ideal candidate is dependable, works well with others, communicates effectively, adapts quickly to new technology, and demonstrates strong problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
● Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
● Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
● Label, stage, and prepare pallets and packages for carrier pickup.
● Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks or forklifts (if certified).
● Meet productivity, quality, and accuracy standards.
● Complete assigned daily tasks in a timely manner.
● Assist team members when workloads require additional support.
● Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
● Follow company safety procedures and standard operating practices.
Qualifications
● Ability to lift and carry 20–40 lbs. on a regular basis.
● Comfortable learning and using warehouse technology and computer systems.
● Excellent communication and organizational skills.
● Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
● Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or distribution experience is preferred but not required.

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
