Description:
We are seeking a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) to provide high-quality therapeutic services to individuals, families, and groups. The LSW will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing and implementing treatment plans, and supporting clients through evidence-based counseling practices. Clinical supervision will be provided to support professional development and progress toward independent licensure (LCSW).

LSW Key Responsibilities:

Provide individual services to clients of diverse backgrounds.

Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and diagnostic evaluations.

Develop individualized treatment plans with measurable goals in collaboration with clients.

Maintain timely, accurate, and confidential documentation in compliance with agency and licensing standards.

Participate in regular clinical supervision sessions as required for licensure.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to coordinate care and support client progress.

Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques and interventions tailored to client needs.

Respond to client crises and provide crisis intervention services as needed.

Attend required staff meetings, trainings, and professional development activities.

Stay current with best practices, ethical standards, and state regulations regarding counseling.

Salary: Potential to make $80,000 with the combination of salary and bonus.

Requirements
LAC Qualifications:

Master’s degree in counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

Active LSW (Licensed Social Worker) license in New Jersey.

Active LSW (Licensed Social Worker) license in Pennsylvania.

Eligibility and willingness to participate in clinical supervision provided by the agency.

Strong clinical skills in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.

Previous experience in mental health settings is preferred but not required.
