We are a New York community organization looking for a consulting Registered Dietitian (RDN) with an active New York State Certified Dietitian-Nutritionist (CDN) license to act as our clinical advisor for Medicaid SCN compliance.
This is an ultra-low-hour, fully remote, 1099 contract.
Responsibilities:
* Provide active NYS CDN license details for our Social Care Network (SCN) application.
* Perform weekly compliance audits: Randomly select and review a small sample of active member profiles to ensure clinical alignment with NY 1115 Waiver guidelines.
Hours & Commitment:
* Setup Phase: 3 to 5 hours (one-time review of master framework & SCN paperwork).
* Ongoing: 1 hour per week (fully flexible, remote, log in once a week to audit a random batch of active accounts).
Requirements:
* Active RDN/RD credential.
* Active New York State CDN license (Mandatory).
