岗位职责
- 日常出入库操作：负责包裹的收发、精准清点、换标（FNSKU/条码贴标）、打包发货及运单打印。
- ERP与库存管理：熟练运用ERP系统进行货物入库登记、出库核销与库存动态更新，确保账实相符。
- 卡派平台与订单制作：熟练操作卡派物流平台进行渠道比价、下单及约车；负责卡派（LTL/Pallet货）订单的制作，包括打托、贴标、生成BOL（提单）及全程物流追踪。
- 产品退货与收货管理：负责处理日常产品退货，进行退货包裹的接收、开箱检查、异常清点、重新包装及质检上架。
- 仓储日常维护：保持库区整洁，遵守安全操作规范；完成上级安排的其他相关工作。
岗位要求
- 身份要求：必须具备美国合法工作身份，可长期稳定工作。
- 工作经验：有美国本土仓库或物流经验，熟练操作过ERP系统及退货/仓储业务者优先。
- 业务技能：熟练操作各类办公软件（Excel等），熟悉卡派（LTL）操作流程、打托标准和打单出货流程。
- 语言能力：具备基础英语读写能力，能看懂英文标签、系统指令，并能处理基础的仓储物流单据。
- 身体条件：工作细心负责，身体健康，能搬运一定重量的货物（如40-50磅）。
Warehouse Associate
Job Responsibilities
- Inbound & Outbound Operations: Handle package receiving, inspection, logging, relabeling (FNSKU/SKU swapping), packing, and shipping label printing.
- ERP & Inventory Management: Proficiently utilize the ERP system for inventory data entry, outbound reconciliation, and real-time stock updates to ensure accuracy.
- Palletized Shipping & Order Preparation: Operate LTL/trucking logistics platforms to quote, schedule, and book shipments. Prepare LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) orders, including palletization, labeling, generating BOL (Bill of Lading), and tracking shipments.
- Product Returns & Receiving: Responsible for handling daily product returns; execute return package receiving, unboxing inspections, defect/anomaly logging, repacking, and restocking.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Work Authorization: Must have valid, legal work authorization in the U.S. and be available for long-term, stable employment.
- Experience: Prior experience in U.S. warehousing or logistics. Experience with ERP systems and returns/warehouse operations is highly preferred.
- Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Excel/Word). Familiar with LTL shipping standards, pallet guidelines, and logistics platform operations.
- Language: Basic English reading and writing skills; ability to understand English labels, system instructions, and handle standard shipping documentation.
- Physical Requirements: Detail-oriented, responsible, and capable of regularly lifting/moving packages up to 40-50 lbs.
