About the Role
SpringTerra Consulting is conducting a confidential search on behalf of a private entrepreneur, investor, and family principal based in Aspen, Colorado. Our client oversees a diverse portfolio of business ventures, investments, real estate holdings, and family commitments and is seeking a highly capable, proactive, and exceptionally organized Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive personal and professional support.
This opportunity goes beyond conventional executive support, serving as a trusted partner with the Principal. The Executive Assistant will act as the central hub for communications, scheduling, logistics, and relationship management, ensuring that the Principal remains focused on strategic priorities, decision-making, and high-impact work.
The ideal candidate is proactive, discreet, highly professional, and possesses the judgment to independently manage competing priorities while protecting the Principal’s time, energy, and family commitments. You will play a critical role in helping the Principal maximize impact by translating vision into execution and ensuring alignment across professional and personal commitments.
Location: Aspen, Colorado
Start Date: ASAP
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM; after hours and weekends as needed
Compensation: $120,000-$160,000 DOE+ bonus potential based on performance

Key Responsibilities
Executive & Calendar Management
- Manage an extremely dynamic personal and professional calendar.
- Prioritize meetings, commitments, appointments, and deadlines.
- Protect dedicated family time and personal commitments by maintaining clear boundaries and managing scheduling requests appropriately.
- Anticipate conflicts and proactively resolve scheduling challenges.
- Coordinate meetings with investors, executives, advisors, vendors, and other key stakeholders.
Communication & Relationship Management
- Serve as a primary point of contact on behalf of the Principal.
- Manage email communications, drafting responses and handling correspondence independently when appropriate.
- Filter communications and escalate only high-level strategic matters requiring executive input.
- Coordinate communications among business partners, investors, advisors, service providers, household staff, and vendors.
- Maintain positive professional relationships while representing the Principal with discretion and professionalism.
Personal & Household Operations
- Coordinate nanny schedules and childcare logistics.
- Track nanny hours and ensure timely and accurate payroll and payments.
- Manage communication with multiple childcare providers and household service vendors.
- Coordinate appointments, personal commitments, and family-related scheduling.
Travel & Logistics
- Arrange complex domestic and international travel itineraries for both business and personal travel.
- Coordinate transportation, accommodations, dining reservations, and travel-related logistics.
- Manage travel changes and unexpected disruptions efficiently.
Administrative Operations
- Maintain organized records, documents, and confidential information.
- Track deadlines, commitments, and follow-up items.
- Coordinate special projects and initiatives as assigned.
- Assist with basic financial tracking, expense management, and reporting.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required; Economics, Business, Finance, or related field preferred.
- 3+ years of executive support experience supporting founders, executives, entrepreneurs, family offices, or high-net-worth individuals.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and scheduling platforms.
- Strong mathematical aptitude and comfort working with budgets, expenses, and financial information.
- Ability to communicate confidently and professionally with investors, executives, advisors, and high-profile individuals.
