Join our dynamic team as a Full Time Floor Technician with EMS in Weldon Springs, MO 63304! Must be willing to travel to multiple sites, travel time is paid out. Must have previous experience with carpet projects and VCT floor work.

Duties
- Perform comprehensive cleaning of floors, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming to maintain a spotless environment.
- Conduct carpet cleaning procedures using appropriate equipment to remove stains and dirt buildup.
- Buff and polish floors to restore shine and extend their lifespan, ensuring a polished appearance.
- Apply environmentally friendly cleaning products safely and effectively across various surfaces.
- Maintain janitorial supplies inventory, restock cleaning stations, and ensure all equipment is in excellent working condition.
- Follow established safety protocols during all cleaning activities to prevent accidents or damage.
- Collaborate with team members to complete daily cleaning schedules efficiently and thoroughly.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning, custodial work, or environmental services, with a focus on floor care.
- Knowledge of carpet cleaning techniques and buffing procedures using professional equipment.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to operate cleaning machinery safely and effectively.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during shifts.
- Previous janitorial or custodial experience preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate.
