WarHorse Gaming Omaha is seeking energetic and guest-focused individuals to join our team as a Beverage Server. In this role, you will deliver exceptional service by providing prompt, friendly, and professional beverage service on the casino floor. You will play a key part in creating a positive and memorable guest experience while maintaining compliance with all company policies and regulations.

8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

12:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Must be available to work any day of the week, including weekends and holidays

Provide prompt, efficient, and friendly beverage service to guests

Accurately enter beverage orders into the POS system

Prepare drink garnishes and set-ups according to standards
-
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, local, and company liquor laws and regulations
-
Follow S.M.A.R.T., T.I.P.S., or ServSafe alcohol service standards

Retrieve and transport used glassware to designated areas
-
Maintain and balance server bank when applicable

Attend required meetings and training sessions

Maintain a clean, professional appearance at all times

Foster positive guest and team member relationships

Perform additional duties as assigned

Must be 19 years of age or older

High school diploma or equivalent required

Previous customer service experience preferred

Ability to operate mobile devices, tablets, and POS systems
