Full Job Description:
ADO Industries is now hiring Material Handler in the Moundsville, WV area to start ASAP!
Material Handler - This role combines warehouse, production, and truck loading responsibilities. You will handle materials, operate machinery, load bulk tanker trucks/box trucks, package materials, and assist with the smooth and safe flow of production. Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and safety awareness are essential.
Pay & Scheduling:
- $20.00 Hourly
- Day shift, night shift
- Must be able to work weekends and overtime as needed
Job Requirements & Duties:
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
- Adheres to all MSHA and ADO workplace safety regulations.
- Consistent attendance and on-time arrival are mandatory.
- Company standards, policy, and directives must be followed at all times.
- Ability to fill, stack, and palletize 50 lb. kraft bags required.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Basic math and computer skills necessary.
- Load bulk tanker/box trucks, accurately prepare BOL's, ensure order quality and standards are maintained.
- Provide support for the smooth operation of the grinding mills and associated mill systems.
- Ability to be trained for safe and efficient operation of forklifts, telehandler, manlift, front end loader, skid steer, and excavator.
- Ability to mix, crush, transport, and load raw material into hoppers.
- Responsible for general housekeeping: shoveling, sweeping, trash removal.
- Operate packaging equipment, augers, wrapping machine, and other localized powered motor controls.
- Ability to perform mobile equipment pre-ops, complete facility safety checklist forms, and report and record any damage to facility, machinery, or equipment.
- Supports the Quality Department in the collection of raw/finished product samples.
- Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety, cleanliness of facility, and production/order accuracy.
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
