Position: Team Leader in Training
- Starting at $19.70 per hour with room to grow based on experience, availability, and performance.

- Candidates with guest-facing experience as a server, host/front desk, concierge, customer service representative, etc. would be a great fit for this role!
Position Description: Our Team Leaders begin as entry-level Game Guides, who use empathy and expertise to create epic experiences based on each guest’s individual needs and wants. Candidates who are offered a Team Leader in Training position are expected to complete their training with a manager and grow into a Team Leader/keyholder role within 2-4 weeks. Once fully trained, Team Leaders will encourage, challenge, serve, and empower their team to uphold our service and hospitality standards.
How Game Guides Serve Our Guests and Our Team:
- Enthusiastically greeting every single guest
- Leading groups of 2-12 guests in fun, friendly conversation
- Collecting information and making meaningful connections with our guests
- Enthusiastically explaining TEG and the rules of the game
- Using Game Guide software to monitor games and give teams clues and hints
- Giving a recap of the experience in the outro
- Demonstrating operational excellence by:
- Ensuring game components function properly
- Using setup sheets to accurately reset games
- Cleaning games and the building
- Restocking inventory
- Completing necessary reports
- Immediately and graciously resolving service failures
How Team Leaders Serve Our Guests and Our Team:
- Leading and communicating with a team of 4-15
- Creating a fun, positive atmosphere
- Opening and closing the store as a keyholder
- Facilitating team member breaks
- Managing cash
- Ensuring each guest has a five-star experience
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- EXPERIENCE AND MASTERY OF THE GAME GUIDE AND GES POSITIONS (INTERNAL TRAINING)
- DEMONSTRATED LEADERSHIP ABILITY WITH 1-2 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN A GUEST-FACING SETTING PREFERRED
- FLEXIBLE AVAILABILITY. THIS ROLE NEEDS TO BE ABLE TO WORK WORKS NIGHTS, WEEKENDS, AND/OR HOLIDAYS

Pay: $19.18 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 35 per week
