Dark Staffing Events is seeking enthusiastic, dependable, and customer-focused Event Staff, Supervisors, and Brand Ambassadors to support upcoming high-profile events at the Moscone Center in San Francisco. This is an exciting opportunity to work at some of the Bay Area's premier conventions and live experiences while delivering exceptional service to guests and exhibitors.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist guests with a friendly and professional attitude
- Scan tickets and support event registration and entry
- Provide wayfinding, ushering, and directional assistance
- Manage lines and crowd flow to maintain a safe and organized environment
- Support interactive activations, exhibitor booths, and guest experiences
- Assist with general event operations, setup support, and additional duties as assigned
- Represent Dark Staffing Events and our clients with professionalism at all times
Qualifications:
- Previous event, hospitality, guest services, or brand ambassador experience preferred
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Professional, outgoing, and dependable
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with large crowds
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Flexible availability for event dates and varying shift times
Dress Code:
This is a professional, client-facing environment, and all staff are expected to maintain a polished appearance.
- Professional all-black attire required
- Limited visible tattoos and facial piercings
- Clean, well-groomed appearance
- Comfortable closed-toe shoes suitable for long periods of standing and walking
Schedule:
Shifts will vary based on event needs and may begin as early as 6:00 AM and end as late as 8:00 PM. Flexible availability is strongly preferred.

- August: 27th - 30th
- September: 14th - 18th
