What You’ll Do

Be the first line of support for employees—resolving hardware, software, and network issues.

Troubleshoot problems, provide solutions, escalate when needed, and document resolutions for future reference.

Set up and maintain computers, user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
-
Install, configure, and support hardware, software, operating systems, and peripherals.
-
Assist with system upgrades, asset management, inventory, and overall system reliability.
-
Maintain a secure IT environment while supporting company policies and procedures.

Perform monthly IPL backups of the AS400 (iSeries) system.

Support and maintain documentation for procedures and troubleshooting solutions.
What We’re Looking For

Associate’s degree in IT (or equivalent experience).

2+ years of IT/help desk support experience.

Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
-
Experience supporting Windows hardware, software, and network environments.
-
Organized, detail-oriented, and a proven team player.
-
Comfortable working with confidential and regulated information.
