Pay Range: $32-$40 per hour

The Electrical Foreman leads field operations for assigned projects, supervising electrical crews and ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and in compliance with all codes and specifications. This role plays a critical part in maintaining quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction throughout each project.

Supervise and direct electrical field crews

Coordinate work with other trades, departments, and contractors to maintain project schedules

Ensure installations meet drawings, specifications, and applicable codes
-
Serve as a liaison between the field and other departments
-
Collaborate with Project Managers, engineers, inspectors, and suppliers to resolve issues
-
Identify and address construction and productivity challenges
-
Monitor and enforce safety standards and implement corrective actions as needed
-
Support planning, scheduling, and overall project execution
-
Perform additional duties as assigned

10+ years of experience in the electrical field (commercial or industrial), or equivalent training and experience
-
Proven ability to lead and supervise crews of 10 or more team members

Strong knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and best practices
-
Experience in project planning, scheduling, and coordination

Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision
-
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Effective communication and leadership abilities

Valid driver's license and ability to pass pre-employment screening, including drug and background checks

Strong troubleshooting and decision-making skills

Knowledge of safe work practices and proper use of tools and equipment

Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to quality

Ability to lead effectively while working independently

Adaptability and professionalism in a fast-paced job site environment

Strong organizational and crew management abilities
This is a field-based leadership role that may include:

Working outdoors in varying weather conditions

Driving to and between job sites

Frequent standing, walking, climbing, kneeling, and lifting

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Working with construction materials, tools, and equipment
