What You'll Do
Lead our team
- Coach, motivate, and support our cleaning technicians so they can do their best work every day.
- Foster a positive, encouraging, and accountable workplace culture.
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, and employee development.
- Help employees succeed through coaching, feedback, and problem solving.
Deliver an Exceptional Customer Experience
- Build lasting relationships with our customers through exceptional communication and service.
- Respond to customer questions, concerns, and scheduling requests by phone, email, and text.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally while creating positive outcomes for everyone involved.
- Create estimates, present service options, and close new sales with confidence.
Drive Operations
- Coordinate daily residential and commercial cleaning schedules.
- Make scheduling adjustments and operational decisions throughout the day.
- Keep technicians informed and supported while they are in the field.
- Continuously improve systems, processes, and efficiency as the company grows.
Measure Success
- Track key performance indicators and business metrics.
- Review reports and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Report directly to the owner on company performance.
- Help implement strategies that support continued growth and profitability.

Qualifications
Preferred qualifications include:
- Leadership or management experience
- Sales and customer service experience
- Operations or office management experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience tracking KPIs and business performance
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Experience with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, CRM software, or scheduling software
- A desire to continually learn and improve
Experience in the cleaning or home service industry is a plus but not required.
