The Bilingual Secretary is an individual who maintains responsibility for assigned clerical support functions. This individual must be able to read, write and speak English and Spanish fluently.
QUALIFICATIONS
Applicant must have a High School diploma or equivalent. Have one (1) year of general clerical experience. Is able to utilize computer software, and create/develop forms as needed by agency. Able to effectively communicate and interact with people via phone, and face to face. Must be resourceful, with a positive attitude, and able to execute assignments with minimal directive or supervision.
