Position Summary
The Leadership Louisville Center is seeking a creative, highly organized, and digitally savvy Marketing Manager to support the growth of our leadership development programs, events, and community initiatives.
This role is responsible for executing integrated marketing campaigns, managing social media channels, supporting CRM and marketing automation efforts, creating compelling content, and helping drive audience engagement and program enrollment. The ideal candidate combines strong organizational skills with creativity, is comfortable working in a fast-paced small-team environment, and embraces emerging technologies, including AI, to improve marketing effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing & Campaign Execution
- Execute marketing campaigns across email, social media, web, and digital channels.
- Coordinate campaign calendars, timelines, and deliverables.
- Support program recruitment, event promotion, and organizational marketing initiatives.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
Social Media & Content Creation
- Manage day-to-day social media activity across organizational platforms.
- Create engaging social media content, graphics, and promotional assets using Canva or similar tools.
- Develop content calendars and schedule posts.
- Monitor engagement and identify opportunities to increase audience growth and interaction.
CRM & Marketing Operations
- Maintain marketing data and support campaign execution within Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms.
- Assist with email marketing, audience segmentation, automation, and reporting.
- Support lead tracking, campaign measurement, and marketing analytics.
- Help ensure data quality and adherence to marketing best practices.
Copywriting & Communications
- Write and edit marketing content for emails, social media, web pages, program promotions, and event communications.
- Maintain consistent messaging and brand standards across all channels.
- Collaborate with staff to develop participant stories, testimonials, and organizational content.
Team Collaboration & Innovation
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, vendors, and agency partners.
- Support event marketing and promotional activities.
- Utilize AI-powered tools to improve productivity, content development, and marketing execution.
- Stay current on marketing trends, technology, and best practices.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field.
- 3–5 years of marketing experience.
- Experience managing social media platforms for an organization or brand.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms.
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Experience creating social media graphics and marketing assets using Canva or similar tools.
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with attention to detail.
Preferred
- Experience with marketing automation and email marketing platforms.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Meta, and digital advertising platforms.
- Experience working with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or similar technologies.
- Experience in nonprofit, education, professional development, or membership-based organizations.

Reporting Relationship
Reports to the Director of Marketing.
Pay: $70,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
