As a Shift Leader, you’ll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly, ensuring our guests leave happy, and supporting our team in delivering their best work. From managing the floor to upholding food safety standards, you’ll help create a great experience for both customers and crew.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and support the team during your shift, ensuring a smooth operation and a positive work environment.
- Organize shift schedules and assign responsibilities so everyone’s set up for success.
- Oversee food prep, cleanliness, and quality standards—because consistency matters.
- Enforce food safety procedures to keep our kitchen safe and our customers happy.
- Address customer questions or concerns quickly and professionally, always aiming to provide a great experience.
- Work with the management team to improve operations and enhance the overall guest experience.
- Help train and onboard new team members, sharing your knowledge and positive attitude.
- Monitor inventory and help reduce waste by staying ahead of stock levels.
What You Bring:
- Previous experience leading shifts in a food service or restaurant setting.
- Solid understanding of food safety, kitchen operations, and customer service.
- A calm, clear communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership skills with a supportive, team-first mindset.
- Detail-oriented and organized, especially when it comes to inventory and cleanliness.
