Duties
- Conduct thorough mental health assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and treatment planning for children, adolescents, and adults with various mental health conditions.
- Administer and interpret clinical tools such as ICD-9 and ICD-10 coding for accurate diagnosis documentation.
- Document all patient interactions meticulously within EMR/EHR systems following clinical documentation standards and HIPAA guidelines.
- Integrate assessment results and clinical information into clear, meaningful reports
- Provide feedback and recommendations to clients and families
- Collaborate with other members of the Telos clinical team
Skills
- Proven experience in clinical assessment techniques.
- Strong knowledge of ICD coding (ICD-9, ICD-10) for accurate diagnosis documentation.
- Experience working with children, adolescents, individuals with developmental disabilities or autism spectrum disorder.
- Knowledge of medical terminology, medical records management, HIPAA compliance, and clinical ethical guidelines.
Requirements
- Licensed Psychologist or pursuing licensure / Licensed Psychologist Associate
- Doctoral degree in psychology
- Current Texas license as a Psychologist
- Experience administering and interpreting psychological assessments
- Strong clinical judgment and written communication skills
- Commitment to providing compassionate, high-quality care

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
