Earnings -
RN Medical Surgical Earnings up to $85k yearly(Based on the Interviewers Evaluation)
RN Intensive Care Unit Earnings up to $90k yearly(Based on the Interviewers Evaluation)
Sign On Bonus - Up to $15k(Paid out over two years in four installments, Figure to be discussed at Offer stage)
Relocation Assistance - Up to $10k (Based on the miles from the facility. To be discussed at Offer stage)
Shift Available - Days OR Nights
Shift differentials - Any hours worked beyond 40 hours is tax free and take home
Please Note: RN Med-Surg is Days or Nights while Intensive Care Unit is only Night Shift
Overview
Join a 34-bed Medical Surgical Telemetry or Intensive Care Unit with a 1:2–1:6 patient ratio, delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a supportive team environment.
Qualifications
Required:
- Active RN License (New Mexico or Compact State)
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
- BLS Certification upon hire
- Minimum 3 years of nursing experience
Preferred:
- ACLS and PALS certifications
