We are looking for a friendly and responsible Bilingual Front Counter Team Member to join our team. This position is responsible for welcoming guests, taking orders, providing great customer service, and helping create a positive dining experience.
Requirements:
- Must be fluent in Chinese and English
- Friendly, reliable, and customer-service oriented
- Able to work evening, or late-night shifts
- Must have legal authorization to work in the United States
- No experience required — training provided
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
Schedule:
- Full-time or Part-time available
- Evening shift: 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Late-night shift: 5:00 PM – 2:30 AM
- Flexible scheduling available
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and take food orders
- Answer customer questions and provide menu recommendations
- Process payments accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized front counter area
- Provide friendly and efficient service
