LEAD FROM THE FIELD. DRIVE HIGH-IMPACT PROJECTS.
We are seeking a hands-on Field Operations Manager to lead and execute Office and Industrial moving projects. Including FF&E installation and light handyman work. This role is fully onsite and field-based - you will lead crews, solve problems in real time, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. If you are an experienced crew lead, foreman, or installer ready for more responsibility, leadership, and earning potential, this is the next step.
Title: Field Operations Manager (Office and Industrial Moves)
Pay: $30 - $35 / Hour (based on experience) - OT paid after 8 hours
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise crews performing:
- Office and industrial relocations
- FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) installation
Manage projects from:
- Disassembly - Transport - Installation - Completion
- Perform and oversee:
- Light handyman work, assembly, mounting, and adjustments
- Ensure:
- Projects are completed on time and within scope
- High standards for safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
- Minimal damages and strong crew performance
- Communicated with dispatch/office regarding schedules, scope changes, and job progress
- Step in and work alongside crew members when needed
- Other duties as assigned
Required Skills, Abilities, and Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in one of more:
- Commercial moving
- Office furniture installation (FF&E)
- Field operations, logistics, or similar
- Proven experience leading or supervising crews
- Valid Hawaii Driver's License (Minimum of 3 years)
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
- Strong problem-solving skills in fast-paced, on-site environments
- Ability to lift, carry, and work in physically demanding environments
- Reliable, punctual, and able to lead by example
