Compensation
- Hourly Rate: $24 - $27/ hour

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Technology Quality Technician to support maintenance, troubleshooting, and testing operations within a manufacturing environment. This role requires strong technical expertise across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, along with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues, including replacement of components such as pressure pumps, thermocouples, tooling, treating iron, and tubing.
- Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic systems, including control valves, pumps, motors, cylinders, and pressure hoses.
- Address basic electrical issues, including VFDs, motors, sensors (4–20mA and 24V), and PLC/RMC controllers.
- Diagnose and repair pneumatic systems, including valves, cylinders, vacuum systems, and compressors.
- Perform preventive maintenance on pumps, compressors, drivers, and auxiliary equipment.
- Conduct pressure testing by rigging downhole tools, connecting high-pressure tubing, and utilizing HMI remote control and data acquisition systems.
- Accurately document maintenance and testing activities using Microsoft Word, Excel, and other computer systems.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with engineers, management, and cross-functional teams.
- Perform additional duties as assigned based on operational needs.
Education Requirements
- Minimum 2-year technical degree preferred, or equivalent hands-on experience in:
- Mechanical systems
- Electrical systems
- Pneumatic and hydraulic systems
- Robotic systems
Preferred Qualifications
- At least 2 years of formal training or equivalent work experience in mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic disciplines.
- Experience with software systems such as:
- Allen-Bradley PLC RSLogix
- RMC Logic systems
- Keyence Marking Builder
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and precision inspection instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers).
- Ability to interpret pressure test results and technical data.
- Experience reading and interpreting blueprints, test plans, schematics, and diagrams.
Work Schedule
- Flexible scheduling required, including:
- Day and night shifts
- Weekend shifts (days and nights)
- Schedule may change based on business needs, including early start times or extended hours.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Frequent bending, twisting, stooping, and leaning
- Comfortable working in a shop environment with exposure to noise, dust, solvents, and oils
Pay: $24.00 - $27.00 per hour
