- Clearly present technician findings and recommendations in a professional, confident, and easy-to-understand manner. Educate clients about the condition of their vehicles so they can make informed decisions about safety, reliability, and long-term maintenance.
- Manage approved repairs and source quality parts by evaluating vendors for product quality, availability, warranty coverage, and competitive pricing.
- Coordinate and track parts deliveries, verify accuracy with technicians, and manage cores and returns to help keep repairs moving efficiently.
- Maintain complete and accurate repair-order documentation using the Concern, Cause, and Correction format. Keep clients informed throughout the repair process and respond promptly to phone calls, emails, voicemails, text messages, and other sales-related activity.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional shop environment that reflects the quality of our brand and creates a positive experience for clients and employees.
