Position Overview:
We are seeking a vibrant and energetic individual to join our team as a Boba Shop Baristsa. As an integral part of our boba shop, you will contribute to creating a welcoming atmosphere while providing exceptional customer service and crafting delicious boba beverages.
Responsibilities:
1 Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide recommendations on boba drinks and toppings.
2 Beverage Preparation: Prepare boba beverages according to recipes, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation.
3 Ingredient Preparation: Prepare boba pearls, tea, syrups, and other ingredients as needed, following established guidelines for quality and freshness.
4 Food Preparation: Assist the kitchen with ingredient preparation, to-go bag preparation and carrying out food for respective tables.
5 Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the boba station, drink preparation area, and dining area, following health and safety standards.
6 Cash Handling: Handle cash and card transactions accurately, maintain an organized cash register, and reconcile sales at the end of each shift.
7 Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels of boba ingredients, cups, lids, and other supplies, and communicate replenishment needs to management.
8 Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure efficient operations during peak hours and contribute to a positive work environment.
Qualifications:
1 Must be available for opening/morning and mid-day shifts
2 Customer-oriented attitude with a passion for delivering excellent service.
3 Strong communication skills and ability to interact positively with customers and team members.
4 Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately.
5 Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
6 Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating change.
