Position Summary
Servers and Bartenders are responsible for delivering an outstanding guest experience from start to finish. This role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and a genuine care for guests. You’ll be expected to stay engaged during both busy and slower periods and take pride in maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, attentive, and efficient service to every guest
- Guide guests through the menu, make recommendations, and answer questions confidently
- Prepare and serve beverages accurately and responsibly (Bartenders)
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining room, bar, and service areas
- Work collaboratively with FOH and BOH to ensure smooth operations
- Stay proactive during downtime by restocking, cleaning, and preparing for the next rush
- Follow all company policies, safety, and alcohol service guidelines
