Pay rate for traveler: $46/hr
Pay rate for local: $32/hr
Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care by performing physical examinations, vital signs monitoring, and patient assessments to determine individual needs.
- Administer medications and injections accurately following prescribed protocols, including IV infusions and catheter care.
- Maintain detailed and compliant medical documentation within Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems such as Epic or Cerner, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist with diagnostic evaluations, specimen collection/processing, and wound care procedures like suturing or dressing changes.
- Support patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including tube feeding, mobility assistance with Hoyer lifts, and airway management for those with respiratory needs.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on discharge planning, case management, and coordination of post-acute or hospice care services.
- Adhere strictly to HIPAA regulations and infection control policies to protect patient privacy and safety in all clinical activities.
Pay: $40.00 - $46.20 per hour
