This part-time freelance executive assistant role is a hybrid position based in the Atlanta Metropolitan Area, with a combination of in-office presence and work-from-home flexibility. The executive assistant will provide direct support to company leadership by managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating internal and external communications. Day-to-day responsibilities include talking to clients, answering phone calls, preparing and processing expense reports, maintaining digital and physical files, drafting correspondence, and assisting with the preparation of presentations and project-related documents. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently while collaborating with a small, busy team.
Qualifications
- Strong executive administrative assistance skills to manage calendars, meetings, documentation, and office coordination.
- Experience providing executive support, including handling confidential information, prioritizing tasks, and anticipating leadership needs.
- Proficiency in preparing and reconciling expense reports with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact professionally with internal teams, clients, and vendors.
- Proficiency with common office software (e.g., Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace) and comfort learning new tools and systems.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with a track record of meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setting, balancing on-site responsibilities in the Atlanta Metropolitan area with remote work.
- Previous experience in construction, real estate, or a related industry is beneficial but not required.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in business administration or a related field is a plus.
