Compesations $60k - $100k
Responsibilities:
- Identify and contact potential companies that require recruitment, selection, and/or payroll services.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing ongoing follow-up and personalized attention.
- Prepare and present commercial proposals tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate contracts and close commercial agreements.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals.
- Coordinate with the recruiting and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Represent the company at trade shows, events, and networking activities.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in staffing services, human resources, outsourcing, or similar.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Negotiation, persuasion, and customer-focused skills.
- Knowledge of the local market and different industrial sectors.
- Ability to work independently and focus on results.
- Intermediate/advanced level of Microsoft Office or CRM tools.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
