WeStaff Healthcare LLC is currently seeking reliable and attentive Security Officer to join our team at Isabella Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing Care, a skilled nursing facility. The Security officer will help maintain a safe and secure environment for residents, visitors, and staff.
Shift available:
- 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
- 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
- 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM
**Good standing Guard Card is required!
Responsibilities:
- Patrol designated areas of the facility, including off-site premises and parking areas
- Monitor the building to ensure the safety and security of residents, visitors, and employees
- Respond to security or safety incidents and emergencies as needed
- Maintain a visible presence to prevent unauthorized access or disturbances
- Write clear and factual incident reports
- Follow facility policies and procedures while supporting the facility’s commitment to quality care and safety
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Administrator or management
Qualifications:
- Good standing NYS Guard Card is REQUIRED
- Strong attention to detail and situational awareness
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to interact effectively with staff, residents, visitors, and the public
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and respond to emergencies
- Must demonstrate professionalism, tact, and sound judgment
