The ideal candidate will possess the following knowledge, skills, and abilities:
- Strong clinical and documentation skills
- Memory care experience
- Solid track record of providing care as an C.NA, 1 year experience preferred
- Current CNA license in good standing
- A Heart for Service and Strong Clinical Skills
- Interest in Working with the Senior Population
