The Shannon Gray Rehabilitation and Recovery Center is seeking an experienced MDS nurse. MDS/RAI experience is required. Our facility has 150 skilled beds and facilitates a great deal of short term rehabilitation back into the community. Extensive RUG management experience and knowledge, Long Term Care Case Management, Case Mix knowledge, and excellent assessment skills are a must.
