Duties
- Lead and supervise all store activities, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and excellent customer service.
- Recruit, interview, and onboard new employees, fostering a positive team-oriented culture.
- Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, and merchandising to maximize sales potential.
- Oversee sales management, including setting targets, monitoring performance, and implementing strategies to meet or exceed goals.
- Handle purchasing decisions, pricing strategies, and POS (Point of Sale) system operations to streamline transactions.
- Conduct employee orientation, training & development sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge.
- Maintain accurate bookkeeping and payroll records while managing cash handling procedures with integrity.
Skills
- Proven management experience within the restaurant industry with a focus on sales team leadership.
- Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent managerial communication abilities.
- Experience in recruiting, interviewing, training, and developing staff members effectively.
- Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable for serving diverse customer bases.
- Proficiency in inventory management systems, POS systems, and retail math for pricing and sales analysis.
- Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently across shift management and operational duties.
- Knowledge of retail product lines such as grocery or wireless sales is a plus; familiarity with merchandising and marketing strategies is beneficial.
